Host Home Services
Through Host Home Services, individuals with disabilities live in a nurturing, family-centered home that provides personalized support. Certified host families offer daily assistance, supervision, and activities which create belonging and stability. Host Homes are an alternative to traditional group home settings. In a Host Home the individual with a disability lives in a natural home environment with roommates, a couple, or a family.
Supported Living
Supported Living services empower individuals to live as independently as possible in their own homes or with their family, roommates, or guardians. Supported living is one-on-one support tailored to each person’s needs—from health and hygiene to transportation, community outings, and budgeting—we help people thrive in daily life.
Residential Home Services
Our residential services provide skilled, supervised support for people with disabilities to live as independently as possible in community group housing. Our residential services focuses on building skills and providing assistance aimed at community integration and self-determination.
Employment Services
Our employment services can assist with job exploration, job development, job placement and job coaching to help our clients through the entire employment process. Our employment services provide personalized, one-on-one support to help individuals with disabilities obtain, maintain, or advance in competitive, integrated employment.
